Swim meets are typically held on weekends (4 per summer season). Age and skill level will determine the practice schedule. Practices are typically held Monday-Thursday mornings evening practices may occasionally be offered. No swim team experience is necessary to join, but participants must be able to swim at least 25-yards nonstop using the front and back crawl with recognizable strokes and treat water comfortably.
